    We are not your typical Dog care provider. We are soo much more... Because your Dog deserves it & we are here to advocate for them... daily.

  • It costs $99 plus a one off start up fee of $99

    Your Dog gets 10 x 3 hour Dog Adventure sessions to the value of $550.

    We really are here for your Dogs & making sure they get the fun, adventure & socialisation they deserve.

  • Yay, we would lobe you to come join our Tribe... If you love Dogs, can work independently, have a car, can be flexible (I cant guarantee regular work unless you pick up running an adventure group)

  • We are definitely not a kennel. Far from it. We only take in a couple of extra Dogs are one time.

    We do not take in multiple Dogs at the same time & we do not keep them in cages.

    When Dogs are in our care we allow them full access to our home. They are loved & comforted as if they were home. We offer a safe, nurturing & holistic space for all Dogs that are booked into our care.

  • Quite simply because we are the best! Your Dogs deserve adventure, fun, friends & company & we can give them all of the above plus more. Our days are designed around your Dogs & their needs,. We match their energy & personality with other likeminded Dogs so they get socialised as well as exercised at the same time.

  • We have two Dogs already, plus your Dog & then we take 1 or 2 extra Dogs that we don't know, depending on their energy levels.

    If your Dog is highly anxious we don't allow anymore Dogs to join for the day. If your Dog is high energy & needs high energy Dogs then we go to our regular clients who have signed up for our Gypsea Tails membership & bring them out for some fun. Your Dogs will get the experience they need when you book them in.

  • We offer all the Dog Care services to suit your needs. Except for Dog Grooming.

  • Our Doggy Daycare hours are from 09:00am - 5:00pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday. We are closed on Wednesdays, unless you book with one of our tribe girls. Sunday We are open from 10:00am - 5:00pm. If you require longer hours we charge $35 for early check in & $35 for late check out.

  • No, we don't offer drop off to our house unless you are a regular client for various reasons.

  • We are based in the heart of Margaret River, 2 minutes from town. We also have Tribe Members in Busselton, Dunsborough & Yallingup.

  • We sure do. All of our Gypsea Tails Tribe girls love welcoming your Dogs into their homes.

    We also offer Dog Overnight Care in your home for $20 less a night.

  • Yes puppies between the ages of 0 - 24 months will be charged at a 10% higher rate..

    We also require a refundable $200 puppy deposit. If this is not paid at the time of your booking & your puppy causes destruction, you will be contacted to cover the cost. Please let us know if your puppy has any destructive behavioural issues.

  • We always say "Less is More' when it comes to packing items for your Dogs. Only the necessities.Plus their Food. If you do not provide their food you will be invoiced $15 per meal.

  • We service Margaret River & the surrounding suburbs. We also operate in Vasse, Busselton, Yallingup & Dunsborough.

  • Of Course we can. We pride ourselves on our flexibility & tailoring our services to meet your Dog needs. See our Contact Page to give us more information about what you are looking for.

  • We operate our adventures from Margaret River & Busselton. However we travel across the South West for Weddings.

  • Yes, we have two dogs. Gypsea is our golden retriever/lab & Indi is my favourite man in the house & is a chocolate lab. They are in their retirement years now & love making new friends with any Dog who comes to say hi.

  • Our cancellation policy is 72 hours notice otherwise you will be charged the full fee & 6 months notice for Weddings.

    Our Operational Policies can be accessed under the 'Policies' tab in the footer menu.

  • Yes we do! We have a great tribe of ladies who are available to help look after your Dogs in their own home. We understand that not all Dogs can feel safe & supported in an unfamilair environment, especially anxious Dogs.

    We do charge for this as our team priortise your Dogs during the time in their care.

  • Yes, we do. We charge an extra $10 per adventure for casual clients or $40 extra per 6 week adventure block. For Weddings we cover the fuel costs between Margaret River - Yallingup on your Wedding day & 0.95c per km for pick up & drop off that fall outside your wedding day. For Weddings outside Yallingup please enquire via our Contact Us page.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot include aggressive Dogs into our Adventures, or allow them around for Dog Sitting due to the nature of our business.

    We do work with Dogs who are anxious & have limited social skills & need guidance on getting their confidence around Dogs/ Kids & other humans.

    We offer Dog Socialisation for Dogs who just need that extra support. Enquire for more information.,

  • All our "extras" are noted in our T&C's & our operational policy. However we understand not everyone has time to read those. So for your convivence here is a list;

    - EARLY CHECK IN (before 9am): $35

    -LATE CHECK OUT (after 5pm) preorganised

    $35

    LATE FEE (more than 10 mins late) $55

    ADMIN FEE - $50
    (unless you book a service over $95, then this payment goes towards the booking)

    TRAVEL FEE - 0.95C Per km

    CANCELLATION FEE (within 72 hours) - Full fee is charged

    CANCELLATION FEE WEDDINGS (within 6 months) - Full fee is charged

  • No, we don't allow this. Your energy can make it harder for us to do our work, plus our Insurance only covers our talented team, so we prefer not to take the risk.

  • Unfortunately all bookings have to come through Gypsea Tails. We recommend that you send an email to tribe@gypseatails.com & cc in hello@gypeatails.com if you would like to rebook one of the Gypsea Tails Tribe girls.

  • Our busiest months are between September - May. This is Wedding Season & so communication during this time can be a lot slower. We ask that you either call us for a chat if you have not heard from us or follow up with an additional email. We thank you for your patience during these periods

  • We have a newbie joining the team soon who is a super pro with training your Dogs. We will share more here soon & her services will be available to book once she is ready.

    I offer basic training for your Dogs, but we are more your Dogs "Fun Zone": & we expect owners to always book in the relevant training your Dog may need.

    We are a Holistic &intuitively run business.

  • Yes, we do. It is an area we specialise in & our care is fantastic for Dogs who may be suffering from anxiety because the level of care they receive is close to 24/7 & so we can ensure they get the support they need.

    We also let you know if we spot behaviour that we feel requires further investigation from a trained Dog behaviouralist.

  • We offer 15% discount to pensioners & single mothers.

    You will receive a discount if you purchase a Gypsea Tails Yearly Membership, this gives you extra hours of Dog Care for only $99.

    We also offer local discounts to loyal clients.

  • As our T&C's state "prices are subject to change on short notice" which means if you are late picking up your Dog, don't provide their food, add on drop off last minute, make changes or cancel your booking within 72 hours notice. As well as the other reasons explained on our operational policies you will receive an invoice.

  • Each persons booking needs to come through via our booking system & each person will need to pay for their Dog individually. We only offer a second dog discount when they come from the same family & can prove it. Each booking takes up a spot & our spots are always limited due to the nature of our business.

  • We sure do!!! If you want them, you let us know if you would like to receive updates, even if you say no we always send at least two so you know your Fur babes are having fun.

    We send through all their fun via WhatsApp & upload the best ones on Instagram (if you don't already follow us on @Gypsea_Tails to follow our fun & adventures

  • We are open every day except Wednesday. If you book with the Gypsea Tails Tribe on Wednesday the service will incur a 10% increase. You can contact the tribe girls on tribe@gypseatails.com

    We operate Doggy Daycare between 9am - 5:00pm every day except Wednesday & open at 10am Sundays.

    We run our Adventure Groups on Monday, Tuesdays & Thursdays in Margaret River between 9am - 2:30pm

  • I have over 30 years experience with Dogs. I grew up with a house full of them & quickly learnt how to read their moods, temperaments & saw first hand what made them tick.

    I have been caring for Dogs over a decade & spend 85% of my life with Dogs from different different backgrounds. You learn from spending time with them, not by googling.

  • Currently we are in a home in Margaret River that is under 1000sqm.

    We do own 28 acres a beautiful home amongst the trees in Nannup. We lived & operated our business from there for 7 months but with all the extra commuting we decided to return to Margaret River.

    We take your Dogs out to lots of exciting spacious places during their time in our Care.

  • We don't ... Here's why....?

    We have never used their services for our Dogs so I don't want to recommend someone whose work ethic I have never witnessed first hand.

    I would first recommend contacting our Gypsea Tails Tribe girls to see if any of them are available (this can be done through me for an admin cost of $50).

    If they are not available then I would recommend posting on the Margaret River Pet & House sit page on Facebook. This page has over $5k people.. I cant guarantee how satisfied you will be with their service, but it is a safe place to start.

  • As much as we do our very best to get back to everyone who calls we don't answer calls or messages after 5:00pm,. We ask that you follow up with us in business hours which is between 9am - 5:00pm.

    If you call our number on Wednesdays we will respond on Thursday. If your matter is urgent please email tribe@gypseatails.com

    We are a small business & have little humans at home too. Our evenings are precious.
