How To Secure Your Dates

We are a small team. Ok that is an understatement of the century. It is just me (Taz), my adorable kids & my husband, when he is home & not surfing.

It is only me checking emails, direct messages & answering all the calls.

I love it because it means I get to connect with every single of you. However, there are times when all lines of communication get super busy & we receive a number of requests for the same dates.

Especially during the busy months (Wedding season – Nov – March).

Therefore, the only way to secure your dates is to pay a 50% deposit or the full amount (what ever suits you best).

🐾 For Overnight Care a 50% deposit is due on booking & remainder is due prior to your Dog returning into your care.

🐾 For Dog Adventures/Puppy Adventure Group Blocks of Care are available to purchase (with pre payment plans).

🐾 For Weddings/Special Occasions 50% is due to secure your dates within 7 days of receipt of quote.

Without payment unfortunately your dates are NOT secured.
The dates will automatically open up to the next person who connects & pays their deposit.

Deposits pay for our Time/ Fuel & Expertise.
